Additional Opportunities for AES Recipients

Summer Usage

The deadline for summer 2015 usage requests is May 27, 2015.

Students who have met the AES academic requirements (achieved at 3.0 cumulative GPA and completed 30 UT Dallas credit hours) at the conclusion of the spring semester may utilize their AES during the summer; students must enroll in a minimum of nine UT Dallas hours. The summer semester will count as one semester towards overall scholarship eligibility. Approval is required before enrolling in classes. Please note: Students who have not met the AES academic requirements at the conclusion of the spring semester can only apply their AES toward summer courses if they agree to participate in the Summer Academic Progress Initiative.

To use the AES award during the summer, students need to submit the Summer Usage Form (NetID and password required to access). Please fill out all form fields as complete as possible.
